BURGER WIN, BACON FAIL

This past Monday, I had the honor of joining Burger Conquest for a trip to The Spotted Pig in NYC. As you can see here the burger was absolutely amazing, but when we asked for bacon, they said they don't do bacon on their burgers. It was an amazing meal, but the only thing better than having a burger with roquefort cheese, would be the addition of our favorite pork product.

So, if you head to the Spotted Pig (which you should), make sure to bring your own bacon.
