BACON-WRAPPED MATZOH BALLS

File under the "Why didn't I think of that" category comes Bacon-Wrapped Matzoh Balls from THE GORBALS restaurant in California. The chef, Ilan Hall won the Bravo show "Top Chef" and is using his Scottish/Israeli roots as an influence on his menu. Can't wait to head out west and try these!

    I tried these flavor bombs on Saturday night. Ilan and Gorbals were at Jonathan Gold event here in L.A.
